<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I write on behalf of Ministry of Gender
Labor and Social Development and co-convener of the Regional Inter Agency
Task Team on Children HIV&AIDS. The Uganda delegation to the last RIATT
conference in Tanzania developed a two year action plan aimed at achieving
universal access, prevention, care and treatment for children affected
by HIV&AIDS. On behalf of MOGLSD and Dorothy Oulanya (convener),
I hereby request for two hours in the member meeting, to present
the work plan and agree on how members of NAFOPHANU can contribute
towards achieving our objective of Getting it Right for Children. </font>
